How do I receive my gift card?
Your gift card will be delivered electronically with instructions on how to redeem it.
How many Gift Cards can I purchase?
Each customer can purchase a maximum of one promotional Gift Card per denomination.
You can purchase up to three promotional Gift Cards in total, provided all three denominations are still available.
Can I use my Gift Card more than once?
Yes. If your order total is lower than your available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, subject to the applicable validity period and local regulations.
For example, if you have a €120 Gift Card and spend €80, the remaining €40 will stay available on your Gift Card
Can Gift Cards be combined with other discounts?
Yes! IMOU Gift Cards can be used as a payment method to purchase eligible products, including items already discounted during Black Friday.
However, promotional Gift Cards cannot be combined with additional discounts or coupon codes when purchasing the Gift Card itself.
How do I check my gift card balance？
Please open the email containing your gift card, click on the link within it, and go to the gift card page to view your current balance. You may wish to keep this email so that you can check your balance at any time. If you cannot find the email or are unable to open the link, please contact customer services for assistance.
How are refunds handled for orders paid with a gift card?
If a refund is approved for an item purchased using a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded as gift card balance.
If the original gift card cannot receive the refund, we will issue a new gift card for the corresponding amount.
If the order was paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be allocated to the respective payment methods based on the actual payment amounts. The exact refund amounts will be confirmed in your refund notification.
