Please note that Cell PT 4G and AOV PT services consume mobile data only during:
- Real-time monitoring
- Playback (video review)
- Alarm notifications
No data is consumed for other operations or standby modes.
The device is compatible with most standard SIM cards from local operators.
We have preset a SIM card that provides 6 GB of free data for initial use. Alternatively, you can insert your own SIM from a local carrier, such as Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone, or Movistar. Please ask your operator for specific charges (just like with your regular mobile phone).
For data usage, the estimated daily data consumption is only 120.8 MB and the estimated monthly data consumption (for 30 days) is 3.51 GB.
You can set either Wi-Fi or 4G as the default connection method.
If Wi-Fi is selected, the AOV PT will automatically switch to 4G network when Wi-Fi is disconnected. When Wi-Fi is restored, you need to manually switch back to Wi-Fi in the app.
